Raspberry Pi 3 B+
The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ is the latest revision of the Raspberry Pi 3 product family. It comes with a 1.4GHz 64-bit quad-core processor, dual-band wireless internet and Bluetooth 4.2. It also offers faster Ethernet and power-over-ethernet support (with a separate PoE HAT). The Raspberry Pi 3B+ comes with 1GB of RAM, making it ideal for simple processes. The Raspberry Pi 3 boards are also the last Raspberry Pi minicomputers to feature a standard HDMI port. Ideal if you don't want to work with different types of HDMI cables.
Raspberry Pi 3 A+
The Raspberry Pi 3 model A+ is the smallest version of the Pi 3 boards in terms of size. It has the same mechanical size as the Raspberry Pi 1 model A+. It has the same Broadcom BCM2837B0 processor as the 3B+. However, the Pi A+ only has 512MB. It also only has one USB port. If this is not enough, you could connect a USB hub to that port. There is a CSI camera port, DSI display port and 40 GPIO pins on the board. So you still have a wide choice of connection options.
Raspberry Pi 3 B
The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B is the first model of the third generation Raspberry Pi minicomputers. It replaced the Raspberry Pi 2 Model B in February 2016. The 3B comes with a Quad-core 1.2GHz Broadcom BCM2837 64bit CPU. Like the 3B+, it offers 1GB of RAM. Raspberry Pi 3 accessories To make the Raspberry Pi 3 boards work, you will need a number of accessories. For the OS, you will need a micro SD card. The recommendation is 16GB or higher. To power the Pi, you will need a 2.5A 5V micro USB adapter. You can also expand the Pi with a monitor, keyboard & mouse, case and heatsinks.
